How we handle your information

Sensic Labs is part of Sensic Digital ("we", "us"), based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you request an AI Opportunity Map we collect your name, email, mobile number, store URL, approximate monthly revenue band and the job you'd like to hand over first. We also record how you found us (for example the ad or link you clicked, UTM tags, and Meta click identifiers), your IP address and browser details.

Why we collect it

To contact you about your request, book and run your call, prepare recommendations for your business, and understand which of our marketing works. We may send you occasional related emails; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you submit the form, we send Meta a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your email, phone and name so Meta can match the visit to an ad. We don't sell your information. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, such as Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Calendly (booking), Google Workspace (email) and Meta (ad measurement). Some are located outside Australia, including the United States. We don't share your details with other businesses for their own marketing.

Storage and security

Your details are stored in access-controlled systems. We keep them only as long as we need them for the purposes above.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@sensiclabs.com. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
